Research
Research overview
Research keeps product decisions honest. I test with real users before the team builds, turn the findings into decisions designers and engineers can act on, and make the trade-offs easy to defend when the roadmap gets tight. If a study can't change a decision, I'd rather put that time somewhere else.
I hold a B.Sc. in Design from UFMA and an M.Sc. in Design from UFPE, with a year of Computer Games at Glasgow Caledonian University (UK) and three peer-reviewed publications on usability evaluation, participatory design, and inclusive interface design.
